Our mission is to use our experience and commitment to excellence to provide the best quality and most comprehensive property management and investment consulting services available in New Braunfels.

Using a team management approach, Seidel Properties handles more than 60 residential and commercial properties in New Braunfels. The property managers for the vacation rental and long-term management areas, along with a support staff, are responsible for management of all aspects of your property. The property managers discuss and evaluate your goals for your property and advise you with regard to appropriate strategies for achieving them. They work with other staff members at Seidel Properties in order to implement a management strategy that assists you in achieving your goals. The support staff includes leasing, 24-hour maintenance response and a comprehensive approach to bookkeeping and reporting of your financial position each month. Each member of the staff takes a personal and active interest in each property, with total team effort effectively market, and manage them.
