Nice property

Very nice unit. The complex is an older structure but beautiful private grounds, well-maintained. The 2 pools & hot tubs were clean & the larger pool sits near the river which backs up the property. Very relaxing. The unit provided river tubes which is a big plus! Very nice, sturdy tubes. Large balcony which the family enjoyed, overlooking the smaller pool. Easy to watch older children! Large outside table which was nice for family games. Had a few maintenance issues I reported but they responded quickly. The proximity to new Braunfels shops and Gruene was perfect!
