We stayed 2 nights with River City Resorts and had an amazing time. Everything we needed was available and accurately listed in the listing. This apartment was walking distance to Schlitterbahn, 10 minutes from the R o cking R (where we tubed down the Guadalupe) and over - looked the Comal River. If y ou stay here, you have to be on the back patio at 8:30pm to watch the bats flying through the breezeway and off over the river ! It was an awesome sight!! There were groups of deer that would be at the back of our apartment patio in the early mornings and e arly evenings so make sure to also have something to through out to feed them. Honestly, we could not have stayed at a better place! Highly recommend staying at this property!!

This condo is the perfect place to stay with the family. It provides all of the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Easy access to the Comal River and the pool . There are also BBQ grills and pi cnic tables. Any questions I had were very politely answered by our host. We had a wonderful time. We will be back!!!

1st ever guys trip with my brother - in - law and 2 nephews. Loved the location and booking, check - in, and check - out were extremely easy. Great area for grilling out and sitting in the river. We’re already planning next year’s trip at this exact location!

We were across the street from Schlitterbahn. Steps away from Comal River. There were lots of things to do nearby!! The condo was so nice and very clean. Don’t wait, book now!!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and very close to Schlitterbahn. We loved our stay, no complaints!
Cypress Falls

From the entry into the gate...heaven on Earth! Exotics, white tails, a swan on the pond...all lounging along the drive. The owners waited for us to arrive. They met us with golf carts to carry our luggage to the cottage. Joe shared the history of the cottage and how it is the original on the property. It is very uniquely built, well stocked for a studio. We used the outside wishing well grill to grill steaks. We sat in the relaxing lounge chairs each morning by the river and the rocking chairs each evening as the animals came back out at dusk. If you’re up for tubing, there is plenty of private riverfront or you can hitch a ride to go further up if you want a longer float. There is nothing about this place and the hosts that weren’t perfect. We definitely recom mend it.

This place was a great spot for a getaway. It was comfortable. The check in process was easy. The hosts were nice and easy to get ahold of. Great location for summer activities because it was minutes away from them.

This was the perfect location. Walking distance to the river; close to downtown. The pools were very nice and clean the hot tubs were very nice. Deer came right up to the property. We will definitely stay again!

Can’t say enough good things about the property and management. Showed up to an ultra - clean unit with amazing parking. Walked to everything the whole weekend and enjoyed nice quiet evenings at the condo after being on the river all day!
