Clean functional and close to Schlitterbahn. For future renters when going to the water park cross the street go to the left and enter the parking lot. Directly diagonal in the opposite corner is the nearest entrance to the park. It is not all all day regular entrance but you can enter in the morning for like the first 2 hours and use for reentry throughout the day once hand is stamped.
