Wein and Saengerfest
One of the most popular events in New Braunfels is the Wein and Saengerfest. It’s a community event that draws crowds from around the central Texas area. The event kicks off in early May. Shop at one of the many vendors on-site, grab a delicious meal from a local food truck, or sip on beer and wine from around the world. There will be beer and wine tents around the New Braunfels Wein and Saengerfest, where adults can attend tastings and talks about the unique wines and brews they find there.
There’s plenty to enjoy for the under-21 crowd at this New Braunfels event, too! Rock painting, face painting, a climbing wall, grape stomping, and live music from two stages should keep everyone in your party entertained.
This is the biggest annual fundraiser for the New Braunfels Downtown Association and the New Braunfels Park Foundation. Admission is free, and tickets for wine and beer tastings can be purchased at the event. A fun experience for the whole family!
