Met our expectations

It definitely met our expectations! Very clean and well stocked with even more than is listed (including soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The condo building is very small so it wasn’t busy and was very quiet. We had no issue finding parking right under the building. There is an elevator for those who need it. Unfortunately our stay coincided with the horrible flooding so we only got some use of the river on our last day as it reopened, but the location was perfect – easy access, right on the dam (fun very soft “rapids” and a quick easy walk from the last 2 public exits (we’d recommend floating to the last public exit as the float is a lot longer and the walk back only a few minutes longer). The 4 floats provided were in great shape (no cupholders though) and there were multiple pumps, along with coolers, string, etc. It was a comfortable space for our family of 4!
