Spacious Hill Country Condo on the Beautiful T Bar M Ranch!
This complex is the perfect getaway for couples or families. The ranch features many activities on property including swimming, tennis, or simply strolling along the many stone-lined paths through beautiful oak trees.

T-Bar- M 104 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps and allows 10 guests maximum.
Master: King
2nd Bedroom: 2 Doubles
3rd Bedroom: Queen and Double

This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, and only minutes from the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers and Schlitterbahn. T Bar M Ranch is conveniently located only minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal River.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

*If booking through Airbnb, the "Prices include all fees" does not apply if you're bringing a pet.
Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.

*If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add it to the message/reservation when booking, so we can apply pet fees & request accordingly.

Pet Friendly Rentals

While many of our properties adhere to a strict “No Pets” policy, a select number of our properties welcome dogs and are advertised as “Pet Friendly.” Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly or approved will be required to vacate the premises without refund and with an automatic $500 fine to the credit card on file. This policy is strictly enforced as some property owners and guests have severe pet allergies and dander in a home listed as non-pet-friendly could cause serious health problems.

"The 3 bedroom condo was very clean and well kept. I stayed for over 2 months while my home was being repaired and never felt cramped(my 4 grandchildren came over every afternoon after school). It was a plus that the condo had a utility room for washing and drying clothes. The dining room was large enough to seat all of us for dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and even had an automatic ice maker in the refrigerator! I truly enjoyed my stay at my home away from home.

"Our stay at T Bar M was great. The condo was comfortable and clean. We were in town to do a job and the location was perfect for us. It's a pretty and quiet spot and we very much enjoyed being able to use the swimming pool. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great Family Vacation Rental

"T-Bar M is in a great location, close to all attractions. The condo was clean and accommodated two small families, 10 people total. The pool was great and we loved the deer company each night. We will def consider this vacation spot again!

Clean and Spacious!

"Exactly as advertised. The condo was spacious and clean. It’s a nice quiet community. The location is convenient to all NB attractions. We were primarily at Schlitterbahn and it was about a 10 minute drive. The only downside- tiny kitchen. It was not a problem for us since we didn’t plan on cooking there but if you will have several people in the kitchen it was a pretty tight squeeze.

"The location is wonderful. We were close to the friends we were visiting and all the excursions we did. Definitely clean and served our purposes. Washing machine didn’t work and had to go to laundromat. Not the worst thing but unexpected. Suppose we should have called but would have been too late for our needs if we did. Discovered tennis rackets and balls too late in visit to enjoy. Pool was nice but weather didn’t cooperate. Not the condos fault. Overall good stay and would stay there again.

Great place to stay for a tennis weekend

Family Fun River Trip

"The property stay was good. The property was well kept, the pool was clean and the location was great.
The only issue we experienced was with the reported size of the beds. The property ad stated 5 queen beds. That was not accurate.

Thank you for your review! We did go in and update the bed sizes to reflect that there is a King in the master, 2 fulls in one guest bedroom and 1 queen and 1 full in the 3rd bedroom. Glad that everything else was good!

"Our experience started out not so good due to when we arrived we were notified hours after check in that the pool was closed. My grandchildren were so disappointed. However when we called management and expressed our thoughts she handled it professionally and was very supportive and helpful and showed empathy. She was able to call the homeowner and make it fair for us. Other than that our vacation turned out to be so much fun.
