Spacious Hill Country Condo on the Beautiful T Bar M Ranch!
This complex is the perfect getaway for couples and families.
The ranch features wildlife and many activities on property including swimming, tennis, or simply strolling along the many stone-lined paths through beautiful oak trees.

T-Bar- M 121 is a large spacious condo offering 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps and allows 12 guests maximum.
Master: King -downstairs- ensuite bath
2nd Bedroom: Queen -downstairs- ensuite bath
3rd Bedroom: 2 Bunk Beds with Full Bottom/Twin Top -upstairs- shared bath
4th Bedroom: Queen -upstairs- shared bath

This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area.
Nestled in the Texas Hill Country T-Bar-M Ranch is conveniently located about 15 minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world-famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

*If booking through Airbnb, the "Prices include all fees" does not apply if you're bringing a pet.
Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.

*If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add it to the message/reservation when booking, so we can apply pet fees & request accordingly.

Pet Friendly Rentals

While many of our properties adhere to a strict “No Pets” policy, a select number of our properties welcome dogs and are advertised as “Pet Friendly.” Any guest found with a pet in a property that is not pet friendly or approved will be required to vacate the premises without refund and with an automatic $500 fine to the credit card on file. This policy is strictly enforced as some property owners and guests have severe pet allergies and dander in a home listed as non-pet-friendly could cause serious health problems.

Great Location for Our Visit

"We had a good experience overall at TBM during our recent stay in New Braunfels. The location was great for us since everything we had to get to was close by. We had good communication with the team. We only had one instance where it wasn't communicated to us originally that we had to enter through the back door of the condo. Every time we reached out we got a response. The property itself is okay. Cleanliness of items was average. The beds were comfortable. We all slept well after we were told that the ac for the whole unit was adjustable by the thermostat downstairs. Also, would like to mention at the specific condo we were staying at they had very low hanging branches. They did mention that the HOA is in charge of maintaining the yard so I'm aware it's kinda out of their control.

"This property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and so close to everything we wanted to do. The deer that came up close to the condo were a bonus! It was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay there again!

"The space was neat and clean. The pool and tennis courts were very close to the house. There were roads to hike and opportunities to see wildlife. The only thing I recommend is bringing a baby gate for the stairs if you have young children.

"This was my 2nd stay at this condo. It is just like the photos and so clean. The instructions provided are great. Checking in and gaining access is a breeze. Plus as a tennis player, the convenient access to the TBarM tennis courts and John Newcombe Tennis Ranch are a huge selling point for me. I’d stay here another time, without a doubt.

July friends bday weekend

"Super happy with the property! Due to unforeseen flooding in the area I called to see if early check in was available and they worked with housekeeping to get us in sooner. Inside accommodated all of our needs and 3 full baths was a total score for the amount of people in our party. We did see some cosmetic issues with parts of the couches and reported those easily via text to property assistant and she replied swiftly. Overall the amenities onsite were great! We plan to return to this property.
