Inverness 210 is a second-floor unit in the second building of an elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access. The complex is located on the right-hand side of "The Other Place Drive" It's the 2 white buildings on stilts.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.

Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa.

Amazing updates, with all black appliances, fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool.
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

Inverness at New Braunfels

"A vacation in New Braunfels never disappoints. The description for INV 210 was spot-on, and booking the property was quick, simple, and clearly outlined in the contract. The rental agency was great to work with when an issue came up and promptly handled the maintenance problem. The only issue I really have with INV 210 is the pull-out couch. The mattress is not body friendly (zig zag springs with no cushion) for children or adults, so think twice before renting for 6 people.
I strongly recommend this complex 100%.

Perfect Little Getaway

"It was a blast even though it flooded in New Braunfels for a couple of days while we were there. The condo is in a great location to be able to walk downtown, walk to the Tube Chutes, walk over to Schlitterbahn, or walk back from the Last Tube Exit! My 10 year old loves the pool and just hanging out at the river entrance throwing his football!

"The property is well maintained and clean. More importantly, the location is absolutely perfect!! There’s river access and a perfect amount of floating. Once you exit the river, it’s a quick walk back. The pool is easy to access and fun. And you’re within walking distance to Schlitterbahn too. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment near by! The unit itself was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies. Comfortable beds and linens. The space was nice and clean too. The team managing the unit was easy to contact and work with. I had zero issues. I highly recommend!!!! We’ll definitely be back!

"The condo was exactly as advertised and suited all of our needs. The parking in the covered area is tight for a large vehicle but it was super nice to park in a covered area in the Texas heat. The swimming pool was very clean and there is a beautiful deck with plenty of tables and chairs to relax. The condo comes with 6 tubes to enjoy the Comal River and a staff member stopped by and offered to blow up the tubes for our use. There are many restaurants and bars within a decent walking distance in the downtown area of New Braunfels.

Great condo in great location

"I actually lived in this unit for 8 weeks while working in New Braunfels for a short time. The unit is small, but well equipped. The furniture is nice and beds are comfortable. The river is accessible right from the back of the complex and you can exit the river and walk back to the condo easily. Very close to downtown shopping and restaurants, and the Schlitterbaun is literally right across the street. Great unit for a variety of purposes for visiting New Braunfels. Highly recommend.

"Honestly, it was the first time in 15 years that it wasn't the best. First night was okay, second day there I had a older woman (who lived there) threatened my older daughter at the pool with my 5 year old that security was coming because she wasn't wearing her wristband. Later that same day, that same lady was going from car to car in the parking lot and my daughters car had a parking pass hanging in the window (she couldn't see it). Makes the security guard call to have it towed. Again it had a parking pass. We weren't the only ones she was doing it to and I understand her trying to make sure that people who shouldn't be there should leave. Then lastly, I get a call from River CIty Resorts at 10:30 at night saying we have a suspicious smell coming from our room. FIrst, we had 6 tubes on our balcony, there was no way someone could be out there, second, we were so pooped from the day everyone was either asleep or laying in bed. In all our years of staying here, and we have stayed in 210 many times, this was by far the most difficult.

"6th or 7th year staying at the Iverness to float the river and once again great time! I gave the property clean a slight ding because the floors were dirty. someone was walking around barefoot and their feet turned black. everything else was clean though, towels, dishes, sinks, bathrooms, i think the floor may have just been an oversight by the cleaning crew. would definitely go back again though!

Glad that you had another great year! The last thing the housekeepers do is mop the floors, leaving them to dry. Unfortunately, dirt is tracked in during arrival from the hallway and parking lot. We do a walk through prior to guests's arrival to assure that the condo is ready. Glad that everything else met your expectations! Call us for year 8!

"The condo was extremely clean & stocked with everything you need for two days. If you stay longer, you will have to bring a few more supplies. The river is beautiful & refreshing but if you’re planning to float with young kids, I warn against doing it on a Friday or Saturday. We had a scary experience of losing site of our 10 year old...he was under water at th water shoot & there 1,000 people. We lost him for a good 3 minutes & it was terrifying. The tube rental folks don’t warn you about the bottleneck at the water chute.

Fair, but noisy at night

"I had actually booked another property that was unavailable due to maintenance issues so this was a last minute switch. It is clean, updated, comfortable beds, but noisy. Not ideal for someone traveling with a small child. Got a lot of noise from the direction of the hallway, the windows toward the outside, and people in the parking lot which the unit pretty much overlooks.

"The Condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The A/C unit worked but never seemed to be able to cool it off to be cool enough for the summer heat. The ceiling fans would have been great but were not very powerful.

At one time the wifi stopped working, I called the office and they sent someone to check it and by that eveining it was working again.

Location is perfect! You can float from condo to take out in about 30 mins and make an 8 min walk on a sidewalk back to condo. Perfect for what we call a short float.

This was our 3rd year to stay in a unit at the Inverness complex.

Another great year...except...

"My family and i have been staying at Inverness over 10 years now and every year has been pretty great as far as the staff, room, and property. However i do need to note that this year (and last year) we did get our floats stolen which was really upsetting. I didn't see anyone checking wristbands or anyone patrolling the property like i have seen in years past which does bother me. So overall it doesn't feel as secure as it used to feel but we know now to be more aware of who and what's around the property and to not leave our floats out anymore. Other than that i think it's a nice, clean, older property in a great location...and we will be back next year!!

"This condo was wonderful, exactly what we wanted. We were close to the river and also walking distance to schlitterbahn. The condo was really nice and clean. The property was gorgeous. Great Condo!

"Spent 12 weeks in this condo Jan 8 -Apr 1, 2015. Excellent condo. The unit has been recently updated and is very well appointed. This is the second year we stayed here and both experiences were excellent. So good in fact, we have booked it for 3 months next year. My only negative comment is the unwillingness to allow us to book the unit for a 3 month period from Jan 8 to April 8, 2016 which is the time period that works for us. They were very firm in insisting that a 3 month rental must be from Jan 1 to April 1 or Jan 15 to April 15. It is my understanding that the unit was available for the dates I requested but they were insistent that it could not be done. We chose the period Jan 15 - April 15 even though it is possible that we will not be able to stay for the total number of days for which we have paid.

"I went with a large group and we stayed in a couple of condos at the Inverness property. These condos are in a prime location if you're planning on floating the river. I love that the pool and hot tub overlook the river as well. This particular unit is very nice with updated amenities, tv's, furniture, large fridge and front loading washer/dryer. Bathrooms are updated as well. The living/dining area in this unit was a little smaller than some of the end units however we still had plenty of room for 6 people (2 sleeping on the pull out sofa). We just left and we are already planning next year's trip!

"Two of our three grown children and our grandson wanted to go to the river and water park. We live in Florida and they in Texas so they picked this location. "Pleasant and well equipped condo in a good location. My two suggestions for improvement are make wi-fi available and a glass shower door on the shower stall instead of a curtain would be a nice addition.
