Camp Warnecke B105 is a first-floor unit in a two-story condominium complex—this unit does not have a river view.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: Queen
2nd Bedroom: Queen
Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa.

Fully furnished with linens, towels, cooking utensils, blender, standard drip coffee maker, flat screens in all rooms & master bath, wifi, and so much more. Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

"Pictures pretty much say it all and are very accurate. We came for the Schlitterbahn water park and maybe next time we will try to float the river. Great location, directly across the street is Schlitterbahn and the other side has the Comal river and within driving distance to San Antonio riverwalk or San Marcos outlet mall. The beds are a little tall, so a step stool is great idea for short people like me. Check-in to check-out was very smooth and the facility is clean with a lot of room in the master bedroom closet and pantry. Washer and dryer were easy to use. Host was prompt with emails and upcoming reminders of trip and readily available, but we never needed anything, so we didn't have to call them for help. 5 star plus rating and we would definitely stay again!

"This condo was perfectly fine for our quick weekend float trip. Few ways to improve the unit: The TV remote was really difficult to operate & the TV menu/UI was noticeably slow; coffee creamer/sugar would have been appreciated (or at least a warning to bring our own); door locks were stiff & challenging to open/close; mattresses were more firm than I prefer, but wasn't a big deal. Overall, we were satisfied, but would probably try somewhere else next time.

"This location was really well remodeled, it’s a beautiful spot. Close walk to the river to float, they provide tubes which is helpful.

"We had the best time at this property! It had everything we needed for an amazing stay and the location was perfect. We were across from the water park (less than 5 minute walk) and within a 15 minute walk to the public river put-it. The shower and amenities were nice and the kids enjoyed the heated pool. "We were planning on spending a couple of days at Schlitterbahn, tubing the river, Heading down to San Antonio, and doing some shopping up at San Marcos. This could not have been a better location. We walked to splitter. We only had a few feet to get into the water and few feet once we got out of the water tubing to get back to our condo. The condo was amazing. Must’ve been recently remodeled as it was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in a long time!

Top Notch Condo!

"WOW! We’ve stayed in a few rentals to float with family and enjoy Gruene, but this was by far our favorite!!!! Camp Warnecke is always amazing, but this unit was top notch…not having to hassle with tubes, pumps, shuttles, or long walks was ideal for my son and my mother! We will be back for sure! River City was wonderful too!

Condo B105 is where it is at!

"Wonderful upgraded condo. I've stayed at Camp Wernecke several times but this condo was the best one I've stayed at. The upgraded amenities were fantastic. And, wow, the shower is awesome!! Never seen a 5 nozzle shower. Best shower I've ever had! Haha

Not a resort experience

"We were very disappointed with the resort property during our Father's Day gathering. The pool was dark green, murky, and the filter and pump were not working. There was no one available from the HOA to maintain the pool on the premises. We did contact the River City resort office, but were told they did not maintain the property. River City resorts did provide good contact numbers for their management company, and answered the phone promptly, even on a Saturday. I especially selected the condo because of the pool amenities. We were unable to use the pool because the water was filthy. The property does have Comal River access, but we had a toddler with us and the river was not an option for us. We were able to walk directly to town from the property which is nice and also had a covered parking space which was great during the 102 degree weekend. The condo has been nicely updated with modern kitchen and very upgraded bathrooms. The beds are not king size mattresses, and the bed frames are so large that you can barely walk around the bed. The second room bed frame is so large that the door does not open properly. The mattresses are not comfortable. Overall the condo appeared to be clean with all working appliances, AC and TV. The complex did have a security guard on staff in the parking lot, monitoring the parking area and river bank. The first level floor of the B105 unit is a plus. We were unable to contact the owners directly about our issues in order to receive any compensation for our "non" resort experience. I feel like the owners should be aware of how their rental unit and the Camp Warnecke complex are being maintained by their HOA.

"Gorgeous interior. The rental property has nice appliances that added to our stay. Each room was neat and comfortable. Even the bathrooms were luxurious!

Great location. The entire property is a close walk to the river, and has a pool for other options. We went after a storm so the river was covered in pollen and debris; thankfully we had a clean pool as a break from the river.

Gracious hosts. Communication was clear and timely. Definitely recommend and will consider this location for future trips.

"The unit is updated and well decorated. The management staff has communicated effectively. The complex (though not the unit itself) is located on the Comal and has a private entrance/exit. The cleaning before our arrival lacked attention to detail. The unit does not have furniture on the porch, so you can’t hang out there. The entrance/exit to the Comal had litter on it. The property doesn’t have a common area where guests without riverfront units can hang out along the river.
